The ceramic group was also set the task of making Little Travellers. Raphael and Nomusa took up the challenge of translating the small dolls into clay. Raphael helps his wife Joyce to make Little Travellers at home so he knows and loves the "Little Travellers". The first ceramic Travellers were sold before I could say, "no we would not be selling them." So Raphael had to start again to build up dolls for the exhibition. The ceramic group is headed up by Marjorie Roderick who is a local artist who gives her time to be with the ceramic group on Mondays.
